Jakarta, hainews.id – Pada akhir tahun lalu, jajaran direksi PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. atau BMRI kompak memborong saham perusahaan dengan nilai mencapai miliaran rupiah. Pada awal tahun ini, giliran Direktur Utama Bank Mandiri Darmawan Junaidi.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi, Darmawan membeli 100.000 saham BMRI dengan harga pembelian Rp9.950 per saham. Pembelian saham itu dilakukan pada 9 Desember 2022. “Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi,” demikian dikutip dari keterbukaan informasi, Kamis (5/1/2023).
BMRI hingga BBCA Melalui pembelian itu, kepemilikan saham Darmawan di BMRI bertambah dari 2,1 juta lembar saham menjadi 2,2 juta lembar saham. Sebelumnya, jajaran direksi juga diketahui telah memborong saham BMRI.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi, Direktur Commercial Banking Bank Mandiri Riduan misalnya telah memborong 40.000 lembar saham BMRI dengan harga Rp9.900 per lembar saham pada 28 Desember 2022.
Pada pertengahan Desember 2022, sejumlah jajaran direksi Bank Mandiri yakni Direktur Corporate Banking Susana Indah Kris Indriati, Wakil Direktur Utama Alexandra Askandar, Direktur Informasi dan Teknologi Timothy Utama, Direktur Keuangan dan Strategi Sigit Prastowo, serta Direktur Manajemen Risiko Ahmad Siddik Badruddin kompak memborong saham BMRI.
Bila ditotal nilai pembelian saham itu mencapai miliaran rupiah. Baca Juga : Bank Mandiri (BMRI) Salurkan Dana Klaim Covid-19 Lebih dari Rp100 Triliun Seiring dengan pembelian saham oleh jajaran direksi, harga saham Bank Mandiri terpantau menguat pada awal perdagangan tahun ini.
Pada penutupan perdagangan Rabu (4/1/2023), harga saham BMRI naik 0,75 persen ke level Rp10.025. Research Analyst Infovesta Kapital Advisori Arjun Ajwani mengatakan aksi direksi BMRI borong saham memberi sinyal prospektif bagi saham BMRI ke depan. Arjun memproyeksi, kinerja saham bank besar seperti BMRI akan terdongkrak seiring dengan sentimen kenaikan suku bunga yang relatif masih tinggi.
“Dalam kondisi pasar saat ini yang sedang mengalami tren kenaikan suku bunga secara signifkan, justru bisa memberikan katalis positif terhadap emiten perbankan dengan modal solid sehingga dapat menerima manfaat kenaikan net interest margin (NIM),” kata Arjun.
Apalagi Bank Mandiri mencatatkan kinerja laba yang tumbuh signifikan pada tahun lalu. Per kuartal III/2022, laba bersih konsolidasi Bank Mandiri tercatat mencapai Rp30,7 triliun atau tumbuh 59,4 persen secara tahunan (year-on-year/yoy).
Realisasi kredit BMRI juga tumbuh 14,28 persen secara yoy mencapai Rp1.167,51 triliun sampai dengan akhir September 2022. Sementara itu, total dana pihak ketiga (DPK) perseroan tumbuh positif 12,13 persen yoy menjadi Rp1.361,30 triliun pada akhir kuartal III/2022.
