Jakarta, hainews.id – Ketua umum Relawan Jokowi atau ReJO HM Darmizal MS diduga menjadi korban mafia tanah. Kedekatan Darmizal dengan pihak istana, ternyata tidak menghalangi para mafia tanah untuk beraksi. Darmizal diduga tetap menjadi jadi korban.
Kejadian bermula saat Darmizal membeli tanah dan bangunan pada awal Juni 2021 lalu. Melalui kesepakatan bersama dengan YS sebagai pemilik tanah dan bangunan di Zona Marcopolo A01/12, Legenda Wisata, Desa Nagrak Kec Gunung Putri, Darmizal pun setuju melakukan transaksi.
“Kami membeli tanah dan bangunan pada tahun 2021 sesuai prosedur transaksi jual beli, kata Darmizal. Namun pada akhir Agustus 2021, ada pihak lain yang mengaku telah membeli tanah dan bangunan tersebut pada tahun 2020, dari pemilik yang sama, yakni YS,” kata Darmizal Selasa 31 Januari 2023.
Kata dia, setelah kami lakukan klarifikasi dan croschek kepada YS, kami temukan bahwa Akta PPJB dan Kuasa Menjual yang mereka miliki diduga palsu. YS sebagai pemilik dan Notaris SB yang dicatut namanya, membuat pernyataan tertulis, bahwa yang bersangkutan tidak pernah menerbitkan Akta Jual Beli tersebut.
“Ketua RT, Ketua RW dan Kepala Desa Nagrak juga menyebut bahwa tanah dan bangunan tersebut adalah benar milik YS .Atas hal itu kami merasa sangat dirugikan. Sehingga meminta pertanggung-jawaban YS,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, YS menunjuk kantor Hukum RSD sebagai kuasa hukum dan telah melaporkan pihak yang diduga membuat Akta palsu tersebut ke Polres Metro Bekasi, sesuai Surat Tanda Penerimaan Laporan/Pengaduan No : STTLP/1264/IX/SPKT/POLRES METRO BEKASI/POLDA METRO JAYA, tanggal 10 September 2021, ujar Darmizal.
Darmizal berharap agar pemerintah dapat segera membantu kasus mafia yang telah merugikan dirinya.
“Keluarga kami juga membutuhkan ketenangan. Hampir setiap hari kami didatangi oleh orang-orang yang tidak dikenal untuk mengusir kami dari tanah dan bangunan tersebut. Kemana lagi kami harus mengadu jika bukan ke pemerintah,” pungkas Darmizal.
