Palembang, HaiNews.ID – Panglima Kodam II/Sriwijaya, Mayjen TNI Hilman Hadi, S.I.P., M.B.A., M.Han., menggelar Silaturahmi dan Coffee Morning bersama Insan Pers yang berlangsung di Gedung Sudirman Makodam II/Swj Jln. Jenderal Sudirman KM. 2,5 Palembang, Rabu (01/02/2023).
Kegiatan Coffee Morning tersebut merupakan silaturahmi untuk menjaga hubungan baik antara Kodam II/Swj dan masyarakat khususnya Insan Pers.
Puluhan Insan Pers dari berbagai Media, baik Media Elektronik, Media Cetak maupun Media Online se-Kota Palembang hadir dalam pertemuan ini.
Turut hadir dalam Acara Coffee Morning tersebut, Kasdam II/Sriwijaya Brigjen TNI Izak Pangemanan, Irdam II/Swj, Kapok Sahli Pangdam II/Swj, para Asisten Kasdam II/Swj dan para Dan/Kabalakdam II/Swj.
Hadir juga, Ketua PWI Sumsel Firdaus, Ketua SMSI Drs. Jhon Heri,Ketua IWO Sumsel, Sonny Kushardian. Media Pranata Siaran Ahli Madya RRI Palembang Drs.Rita Sumarni M.Si., Media Pranata Siaran Ahli Madya Palembang, GM Harian Umum Palembang Ekspres Tri Nurwanto, S.I.P., dan para Wartawan Media Elektronik, Media Cetak dan Media Online se-Kota Palembang.
Mengawali sambutannya, Pangdam II/Swj Mayjen TNI Hilman Hadi, S.I.P., M.B.A., M.Han., meyakini bahwa para awak media sudah saling mengenal baik secara pribadi maupun dalam konteks organisasi.
“Namun, alangkah lebih baiknya jika saling kenal itu lebih ditingkatkan, sehingga tercipta suasana keakraban dan kekeluargaan yang berdampak pada kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas pokok masing-masing”, ungkap Pangdam.
Pangdam juga menyampaikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya kepada kawan-kawan media atas jalinan kerjasama yang telah terbangun dengan baik selama ini, antara Kodam II/Swj dengan Media, baik Elektronik, Cetak maupun online.
“Semoga jalinan Yang baik ini akan semakin meningkat seiring dengan tekad kita bersama untuk memajukan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang sama-sama kita cintai ini”, kata Pangdam.
Secara khusus, Pangdam juga menyampaikan apresiasi kepada media massa yang telah membuat program khusus untuk lebih mengenalkan TNI Angkatan Darat dan Kodam II/Swj kepada masyarakat luas.
Selanjutnya, dikatakan bahwa media massa baik cetak, elektronik maupun online, merupakan mitra strategis Satuan Penerangan khususnya dan kodam II/Swj pada umumnya, yang telah membantu menyebarluaskan informasi tentang kebijakan, program satuan serta pelaksanaan tugas dan kinerja TNI Angkatan Darat kepada masyarakat di Indonesia, secara objektif dan transparan. “Media juga berperan sebagai sarana aspirasi bagi masyarakat Indonesia terhadap Institusi TNI AD”, ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Pangdam juga mengungkapkan bahwa, pada Tahun Anggaran 2023, Kodam II/Swj telah siap melaksanakan berbagai Program Kerja yang menjadi atensi dari Presiden RI kepada TNI AD yaitu, Ikut membantu pemerintah dalam menekan laju inflasi, memberdayakan UMKM dan Pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrim. Selain itu, Kodam II/Swj juga akan melanjutkan berbagai program kerja yang menjadi unggulan TNI AD diantaranya, Ketahanan Pangan, TNI Manunggal Air, Penurunan Angka Stunting dan Pembentukan Kampung Pancasila.
Sementara itu, Ketua PWI Sumsel Firdaus menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih yang telah mengundang Insan Pers untuk melakukan Coffee Morning. “Apa yang menjadi misi-misi dari pers tetap nantinya akan disampaikan dengan baik, dan apa yang menjadi program-program Kodam II/Swj kami tetap akan mendukung penuh”, kata Firdaus.
Ia mengatakan bahwa, Media atau wartawan tetap mendukung menjaga NKRI dari musuh-musuh yang saat ini sudah tidak terlihat, dan tugas kami media selalu memberikan berita-berita yang tidak hoaks sehingga masyarakat saat membaca tidak menjadi simpang siur.
“Kami insan pers juga menekankan kepada para media agar tetap tunduk kepada pimpinan, sehingga apa yang menjadi penekanan pimpinan kepada wartawan agar tetap dipedomani dengan baik”, ujarnya.
Firdaus juga menjelaskan, Alhamdulillah rekan-rekan wartawan telah melakukan uji kompetensi, sehingga rekan-rekan wartwan dapat menjamin berita yang diberikan bukan berita yang main main. “Ditengah media sosial saat ini kami mengawal berita hoaks yang saat ini dapat menyesatkan masyarakat”, pungkasnya.
Dalam acara tersebut, Pangdam II/Swj memberikan apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada awak media/wartawan yang telah berdedikasi aktif mempublikasikan berita kegiatan Kodam II/Swj dan jajarannya.
Penghargaan tersebut diberikan antara lain kepada : Dra. Rita Sumarni, M.Si., (Pranata Siaran Ahli Madya RRI Palembang), Purwantoro (Wartawan Kompas TV Sumsel) dan Trisno. SHI., M.Ag., (Wartawan Palembang Ekspres), serta Herri Eddi (Wartawan Sumatera Expos).
Kegiatan Coffee Morning diakhiri dengan foto bersama Pangdam II/Swj bersama awak media, dan dilanjutkan dengan acara ramah tamah.(**)
