Jakarta, hainews.id – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk sudah memulai penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) 2023 sejak Senin (06/03).
BRI mendapatkan alokasi penyaluran KUR 2023 sebesar Rp270 triliun, namun khusus tahap awal pencairan pada bulan Maret 2023 ini telah dialokasikan KUR sebesar Rp12 triliun.
Menurut keterangan pers yang diterima kantor pusat Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI), Kamis (9/3/2023), sesuai ketentuan dari pemerintah, terdapat perbedaan ketentuan dalam penyaluran KUR 2023 dibandingkan dengan KUR pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Direktur Bisnis Mikro BRI Supari bahwa sejak Senin lalu BRI sudah mulai menyalurkan KUR di seluruh Indonesia dan antusiasme masyarakat sangat tinggi.
Untuk persyaratan dan ketentuan penyaluran KUR 2023 tersebut, BRI mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian (Permenko) RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan KUR.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa khususnya mengenai suku bunga KUR BRI di tahun ini, terdapat sedikit perbedaan dengan KUR tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
Peminjam KUR yang baru pertama kali pinjam akan dikenakan bunga sebesar 6% efektif per tahun untuk pinjaman diatas Rp 10 juta (KUR Mikro dan KUR Kecil). Namun jika sudah pernah meminjam lebih dari satu kali maka suku bunga yang dibebankan ke nasabah akan lebih tinggi.
“Bunga akan naik menjadi 7% saat mengambil pinjaman KUR yang kedua kalinya. Kemudian naik 8% untuk pinjaman yang ketiga dan seterusnya sampai ke 9%,” imbuh Supari.
Adapun persyaratan untuk mendapatkan KUR BRI 2023 adalah sebagai berikut:
1. KUR Super Mikro
Kriteria Umum:
– Belum pernah menerima KUR.
– Belum pernah menerima kredit/pembiayaan investasi/modal kerja komersial, kecuali:
a) Kredit konsumsi untuk keperluan rumah tangga;
b) Kredit skema/skala ultra mikro atau sejenisnya; dan/atau
c) Pinjaman pada perusahaan layanan pendanaan bersama berbasis teknologi informasi atau perusahaan pembiayaan berbasis digital.
Kriteria Khusus:
– Tidak ada pembatasan minimal waktu pendirian usaha. Dalam hal calon debitur yang waktu usahanya < 6 bulan harus memenuhi salah satu persyaratan sebagai berikut:
a) Mengikuti Pendampingan
b) Mengikuti Pelatihan kewirausahaan atau lainnya
c) Tergabung dalam kelompok Usaha
d) Memiliki anggota keluarga yang mempunyai usaha produktif dan layak
Dokumen:
Memiliki NIB atau Surat Keterangan Usaha (Kelurahan,RT/RW) dan menyebutkan jenis usaha dan lama usaha.
2. KUR Mikro
– Belum pernah menerima kredit/pembiayaan investasi/modal kerja komersial, kecuali:
a) Kredit konsumsi untuk keperluan rumah tangga;
b) Kredit skema/skala ultra mikro atau sejenisnya; dan/atau
c) Pinjaman pada perusahaan layanan pendanaan bersama berbasis teknologi informasi atau perusahaan pembiayaan berbasis digital.
– Waktu pendirian usaha minimal 6 bulan
Dokumen:
– Identitas (e-KTP/surat keterangan pembuatan e-KTP, KK, akta nikah)
– Memiliki NIB atau surat keterangan usaha (Kelurahan, RT/RW) atau surat keterangan domisili usaha.
– Untuk plafon di atas Rp.50 juta wajib memiliki NPWP.
3. KUR Kecil
Kriteria Umum:
– Belum pernah menerima kredit/pembiayaan investasi/modal kerja komersial, kecuali:
a) Kredit konsumsi untuk keperluan rumah tangga;
b) Kredit skema/skala ultra mikro atau sejenisnya; dan/atau
c) Pinjaman pada perusahaan layanan pendanaan bersama berbasis teknologi informasi atau perusahaan pembiayaan berbasis digital.
– Waktu pendirian usaha minimal 6 bulan
Kriteria Khusus:
Wajib ikut serta dalam program BPJS
Dokumen:
– Identitas (e-KTP/Surat Keterangan Pembuatan e-KTP, KK, Akta Nikah)
-SIUP TDP NPWP SITU, IUMK atau Surat Keterangan Usaha lainnya
– Wajib Memiliki NPWP
