Jakarta, hainews.id – Presiden Republik Indonesia (RI) Joko Widodo mengajak semua pihak mendorong penggunaan kendaraan listrik. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendukung target pemerintah dalam transisi energi sekaligus pengurangan emisi karbon. PT PLN (Persero) siap mengoptimalkan infrastruktur ekosistem kendaraan listrik (electric vehicles/EV) sebagaimana arahan Presiden RI Joko Widodo untuk mempercepat transisi energi melalui ekosistem EV.
Presiden RI Joko Widodo saat membuka pameran otomotif tahunan The 30th Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2023 mengimbau seluruh stakeholder industri otomotif di Indonesia mulai melihat tren kendaraan listrik ini dan secara bertahap juga ikut mengembangkan kendaraan listrik.
“Saya juga mengajak industri otomotif untuk mulai melihat tren ini dan sedikit demi sedikit untuk menggeser industrinya ke arah tren yang hampir semua negara sekarang ini ke arah itu dari LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) ke mobil listrik,” ujar Presiden.
Presiden juga berkomitmen pemerintah akan mendorong terbentuknya industri kendaraan listrik dari hulu sampai hilir. Sehingga Indonesia ke depan bisa masuk dalam supply chain global kendaraan listrik.
“Karena pemerintah juga sekarang ini, terus mendorong agar dari hulu sampai hilir ekosistem besar mobil listrik ini segera bisa kita miliki. Sehingga bisa masuk ke supply chain global dari EV baterai dari lithium baterai semuanya sekaligus. Kita dorong agar ini segera bisa selesai,” kata Presiden.
Direktur Utama PLN Darmawan Prasodjo mengatakan, PLN siap menjadi pemain utama dalam ekosistem kendaraan listrik ini. PLN telah melakukan berbagai inovasi dan pengembangan produk untuk menunjang ekosistem kendaraan listrik mulai dari hulu ke hilir.
Darmawan menyebutkan, PLN berkolaborasi dengan semua pihak untuk bisa mengembangkan ekosistem EV. Pertama, PLN melakukan kolaborasi dalam pengembangan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) dan Stasiun Penukaran Baterai Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPBKLU). PLN membangun kemitraan baik dengan sektor bisnis yang hendak menjadikan SPKLU ini peluang bisnis baru.
“Kita bangun bersama fasilitas pengisian energi di setiap titik. Kita ajak berbagai pihak ikut membangun SPKLU dan SPBKLU di kantor-kantor, di mal, di rest area, pusat-pusat keramaian dan sebagainya. Ini akan membuat SPKLU tumbuh bak jamur di musim hujan,” ujar Darmawan.
Darmawan menambahkan, PLN telah bekerja sama dengan Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) ataupun distributor kendaraan listrik. Melalui kerja sama ini maka setiap pelanggan yang membeli mobil listrik akan langsung mendapatkan layanan home charging.
“Setiap ada pembelian mobil listrik secara otomatis tim PLN bergerak cepat pasang home charging, pasang baru, tambah daya, dalam layanan terintegrasi dalam superapps PLN Mobile,” ujar Darmawan.
PLN juga mengembangkan sistem terintegrasi Electric Vehicle Digital Services (EVDS). Melalui EVDS ini, masyarakat bisa langsung mendapatkan informasi lokasi charging station, transaksi pengisian daya, memonitor konsumsi daya, bahkan fitur test drive yang mempertemukan antara distributor dengan masyarakat yang ingin menjajal kendaraan listrik.
“Seluruh infrastruktur kelistrikan ini merupakan upaya PLN dalam meningkatkan layanan dengan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna kendaraan listrik dan untuk menarik minat masyarakat beralih menggunakan kendaraan listrik,” kata Darmawan.
Darmawan mengatakan, PLN tidak hanya fokus di bidang kelistrikan tetapi juga mewujudkan upaya transisi energi di Indonesia.
“Kami di PLN berkomitmen mendukung program pemerintah untuk mewujudkan energi bersih. Oleh karena itu PLN mengambil langkah yang cepat,” kata Darmawan.
Lebih lanjut, Darmawan mengatakan, PLN juga turut mendukung pelaksanaan IIMS Tahun 2023 yang digelar mulai 16-26 Februari di Jiexpo Kemayoran. PLN ikut berpartisipasi aktif dengan menyediakan Hall khusus motor listrik dan test ride motor listrik.
PLN menampilkan berbagai produk di booth antara lain 12 motor konversi yang diproduksi oleh PLN Pusat Pemeliharaan Ketenagalistrikan (Pusharlis) dan PLN Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Puslitbang). Beberapa jenis motor konversi yang ditampilkan di antaranya Choper Electric, Binter Electric, Vespa Electric, KLX Electric, dan Regal Raptor. (**)
