Jakarta, hainews.id – Direktur Utama PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) Darmawan Junaidi tetap optimis Indonesia bisa bertahan dan tetap bertumbuh. Menurutnya optimisme tidak boleh dikendorkan walaupun 2023 penuh tantangan.
“Kita akan tetap mengelola agar 2023 bisa tumbuh dan lebih baik lagi,” ungkap Darmawan.
Darmawan juga mengungkapkan akan mendorong kinerja dan akselerasi bisnis demi mencatat prestasi terbaik.
Hingga kuartal III 2022, Pendapatan bunga BMRI tumbuh 12,44% yoy menjadi Rp 81,3 triliun sementara beban bunga turun 8,86% yoy menjadi Rp 17,3 triliun yang berdampak pada kenaikan pendapatan bunga bersih mencapai 20% yoy menjadi hampir Rp 64 triliun.
Rasio marjin pendapatan bunga bersih BMRI pun secara konsolidasi naik 55 bps menjadi 5,53% per September 2022. Kenaikan NIM mencerminkan bahwa BMRI sukses meningkatkan imbal hasil (yield) dari aset produktifnya serta menjaga biaya atas dana atau Cost of Fund (CoF).
Jika dibandingkan dengan kuartal III-2021, yield yang dihasilkan dari aset berupa kredit terpantau naik hingga 9 bps menjadi 7,01% per kuartal III-2022. Namun biaya atas pendanaan yang berbunga (cost of interest bearing liabilities) 16 bps lebih rendah dari tahun sebelumnya menjadi 1,46%.
Pendongkrak pendapatan bunga BMRI tidak hanya dari sisi yield tetapi juga volume. Kredit BMRI secara konsolidasi naik 14,3% yoy per September 2022. Struktur pendanaan yang berasal dari dana murah (Current Account Saving Account/CASA) BMRI juga dapat dipertahankan pada tataran yang sehat dan mampu terjaga di sekitar 70%. Ini merupakan faktor-faktor yang membuat pendapatan bunga bersih maupun NIM BMRI mengalami kenaikan.
Sementara itu dari sisi pencadangan, BMRI mencatatkan penurunan sebesar hampir 28% yoy menjadi Rp 11,8 triliun. Biaya pencadangan ini tentu saja sangat terkait dengan kualitas aset perbankan yang biasanya tercermin dari rasio kredit macet (Non-Performing Loan/NPL).
Semakin tinggi NPL biasanya bank akan meningkatkan pencadangan. Namun BMRI sukses menurunkan rasio NPL sebesar 72 bps yoy menjadi 2,24% per September 2022. Inilah kunci utama mengapa biaya pencadangan atau provisi bisa ditekan.
Namun yang tercermin dari angka-angka di atas sebenarnya adalah hasil dari strategi yang dijalankan oleh bank pelat merah yang satu ini. Kombinasi memacu pertumbuhan lewat penyaluran kredit yang juga memperhatikan risiko, digitalisasi yang masif untuk memperoleh pendanaan murah menjadi kunci utama bagi BMRI untuk mencetak laba dengan fantastis.
Catat saja apabila menggunakan metode sederhana yakni perhitungan yang disetahunkan (annualized) maka laba bersih BMRI di tahun 2022 bisa mencapai Rp 40,9 triliun.
Untuk outlook di tahun 2023 pun masih dikatakan positif. Bank Indonesia (BI) memperkirakan bahwa laju pertumbuhan kredit bisa mencapai 10-12% di tahun depan. Itu merupakan ramalan BI untuk angka pertumbuhan kredit industri.
Namun sebagai bank yang menyandang status sebagai bank dengan aset terbesar di RI, tentu saja angka industri tersebut terkerek dari kredit bank-bank dengan aset besar seperti BMRI. Artinya masih ada peluang BMRI mencatatkan pertumbuhan kredit hingga dobel digit di tahun 2023.
Kalau melihat dari sisi likuiditas BMRI yang tercermin dari rasio Loan to Deposit (LDR) yang masih di bawah 88% artinya ruang untuk menyalurkan kredit juga masih terbuka lebar. Dengan peluang kredit yang masih tumbuh dobel digit dan apabila dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan kualitas aset, maka bukan tidak mungkin laba bersih BMRI hingga tahun 2023 juga ikut terkerek dobel digit.
