Jakarta, hainews.id – Menyambut Tahun Politik 2024, Pemerintah diminta untuk memperhatikan dua hal dalam penegasan hukum terkait isu di Media Sosial. Apalagi persoalan mengenai sopan dan santun bermedia sosial, dalam menghadapi berita hoaks.
Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR RI, Yanuar Prihatin. Ia mengatakan soal etika, sopan, dan santun masuk kedalam sebuah komunikasi.
“Pertama mengenai individual dari orang yang bersangkutan, karena pada dasarnya kesantunan itu lebih banyak berhubungan dengan pribadi masing-masing,” kata dia.
Menurut Yanuar, setiap orang harus mulai bisa menempatkan sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan hukum. Seperti halnya mampu mengendalikan diri, dan mampu untuk berinteraksi sosial lebih adaptif.
“Artinya bahwa masyarakat tidak lagi berkata buruk, tidak menuduh orang, menyinggung dan lainnya,” kata Yanuar kembali.
Kedua, ia mengatakan soal membangun sistem hukum yang mampu mengendalikan hal- hal tadi. Pemerintah dapat memberikan fanismen bagi mereka yang benar-benar melanggar hukum.
Maka dari itu, persoalan mengenai punishment dan reward memang sampai saat ini masih harus diperbaiki kedepannya. Apalagi terkait dalam penegasan aturan hukumnya, termasuk dengan menggandeng Kementerian dan stkaeholder lainnya.
“Secara teknis, administrtif, monitoring sudah ada melalui sistem yang dibangun melalui keterkaitan dengan berbagai stakeholder tadi,” katanya, menjelaskan.
“Jadi bukan tugas satu instansi saja tetapi bagaimana menciptakan informasi di dunia maya yang relatif,” ujar Yanuar.
Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) sendiri telah mengimbau agar Netizen Indonesia menjaga etika dan bijak dalam bermedia sosial. Terutama menjelang tahun politik 2024, karena momen ini disinyalir bisa memunculkan ujaran kebencian, hoaks, hingga disinformasi terkait politik.
