Jakarta, hainews.id – Direktur Utama PT PLN (Persero) Darmawan Prasodjo berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai Indonesia Best 50 CE0 “Employees Choice” dalam kategori Electricity yang diselenggarakan oleh The Iconomics.
Moeldoko selaku Kepala Staff Kepresidenan Republik Indonesia menyampaikan, selamat bagi para CEO yang menerima penghargaan kali ini. Semoga dengan adanya penghargaan ini bisa menghadapi berbagai tantangan kedepannya.
“Karakter kepemimpinan itu memengaruhi organisasinya, dengan motivasi yang tinggi dan keberanian pemimpin suatu organisasi harus dapat berfikir secara teknis, taktis, dan strategis saya ucapkan selamat bagi para teman–teman yang menerima award kali ini,” kata Moeldoko.
Direktur Utama PLN, Darmawan Prasodjo juga mengungkapkan, penghargaan ini merupakan capaian bersama seluruh kerja keras semua unit PLN dalam mengemban tugas untuk melistriki seluruh penjuru Indonesia serta menjalankan transformasi PLN.
“Saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas penghargaan ini, penghargaan ini saya dedikasikan kepada seluruh insan PLN yang sudah bekerja keras, yang sudah bekerja dengan penuh pengertian, penuh pengorbanan dalam menjalankan proses transformasi PLN untuk menata proses bisnis, dari yang berserak, terfragmentasi, menjadi terkonsolidasi dan terintegrasi. Dari yang serba manual menjadi terdigitalisasi sehingga memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi pelanggan,” tutur Darmawan.
Darmawan juga mengungkapkan, penghargaan ini merupakan apresiasi atas capaian PLN. Di mana digitalisasi bisnis dari hulu hingga hilir tiga tahun terakhir tidak hanya memberikan peningkatan pelayanan yang baik bagi pelanggan namun juga membuahkan efisiensi sehingga mampu mencetak kinerja perusahaan terbaik.
“Apresiasi atas capaian PLN ini tidak membuat PLN berpuas diri, hal ini justru merupakan motivasi bagi PLN untuk terus berinovasi untuk menuntaskan tugas dan tanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi, memberikan sistem kelistrikan yang lebih andal lagi dan dan terus berusaha untuk mencapai suatu hal yang lebih besar lagi dikemudian hari,” pungkas Darmawan.
Founder & CEO The Iconomics, Bram S Putro juga menyampaikan forum ini merupakan apresiasi bagi para pemimpin industri di tanah air dan menjadi pelecut semangat untuk para CEO untuk terus membawa organisasinya lebih baik lagi.
