Muara Enim, hainews.id – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) dan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Muara Enim menyepakati perpanjangan Perjanjian Kerja Sama tentang Penanganan Masalah Hukum Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara.
Penandatanganan perjanjian dilakukan oleh Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia PTBA Suherman dan Kepala Kejari Muara Enim Ahmad Nuril Alam, Rabu (1/3/2023) di Hotel Saka Muara Enim. Direktur Utama PTBA Arsal Ismail turut menyaksikan penandatanganan.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Direktur Utama PTBA Arsal Ismail mengatakan bahwa PTBA membutuhkan dukungan berbagai pihak dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, termasuk Kejari Muara Enim di bidang perdata dan tata usaha negara.
“Perusahaan senantiasa memperhatikan aspek kepatuhan terhadap regulasi-regulasi yang berlaku. Keberadaan pihak Kejari Muara Enim sangat membantu Bukit Asam dalam setiap pengambilan putusan yang strategis,” kata Arsal.
Ruang lingkup kerja sama PTBA dengan Kejari Muara Enim ini meliputi Pemberian Bantuan Hukum, Pemberian Pertimbangan Hukum, serta Tindakan Hukum Lain.
Melalui kerja sama ini, PTBA bisa mendapatkan berbagai bantuan dari Kejari Muara Enim, sehingga kegiatan operasional dan bisnis Perusahaan berjalan sesuai koridor hukum serta prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
“Kerja sama dengan Kejari Muara Enim merupakan salah satu upaya Bukit Asam untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pada regulasi yang berlaku serta penerapan prinsip GCG,” ujar Arsal.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kejari Muara Enim Ahmad Nuril Alam mengatakan bahwa pihaknya siap mendukung agar PTBA dalam setiap kegiatannya senantiasa mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan dan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik.
“Kami merasa bahagia karena dipercaya Bukit Asam dan bisa berkolaborasi lebih baik ke depan. Kami Kejaksaan punya Jaksa Pengacara Negara yang selalu siap mendukung BUMN. Kami siap hadir,” tegasnya. (**)
