Bandung, hainews.id – Lembaga Desa Digital Terbuka (OpenDesa) menggelar Musyawarah Nasional II OpenDesa di Balai Pertemuan Desa Cigondewah Hilir Kecamatan Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, Minggu 22 Januari 2023.
Keterangan pers OpenDesa yang diterima kantor pusat Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI), Minggu malam (22/1/2023) menyebutkan, OpenDesa yang didirikan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa Terbuka (OpenSID) sekarang telah dipasang oleh lebih dari 17.500 desa dengan pengguna terbesar di Indonesia.
Hadir dalam kesempatan ini, Bupati kabupaten Bandung Dadang Supriyatna, Anggota DPR RI Budiman Sudjatmiko serta sejumlah panelis lainnya.
Ketua umum OpenDesa terpilih, Lusianto menjelaskan, Perkumpulan Desa Digital Terbuka dibentuk pada tanggal 7 bulan Desember tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan, menyebarkan dan membantu desa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi terbuka, seperti OpenSID, semata-mata untuk memajukan desa.
“Layanan yang ditawarkan OpenDesa dan program kerja OpenDesa dimaksudkan untuk mendukung tujuan itu,” kata dia.
Ia menambahkan, OpenDesa siap berkolaborasi dan bekerjasama dengan semua instansi, lembaga dan kelompok terkait, supaya cita-cita kita bersama untuk terciptanya sebanyak mungkin Desa Cerdas secepat mungkin dapat tercapai.
Ada dua produk yang tengah dikembangkan yakni, OpenSID dan OpenDK.
OpenSID adalah Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) yang sengaja dibuat supaya terbuka dan dapat dikembangkan bersama-sama oleh komunitas peduli SID.
SID diharapkan dapat membantu desa dalam beberapa hal, yakni kantor desa lebih efisien dan efektif, pemerintah desa lebih transparan dan akuntabel, layanan publik lebih baik dan warga mendapat akses lebih baik pada informasi desa.
“Kami dari opendesa menyediakan Paket Layanan Mengonlinekan OpenSID untuk mempermudah desa yang ingin menggunakan OpenSID secara online. Layanan ini juga untuk membantu desa yang ingin fokus pada pemanfaatan SID,” jelasnya.
Sedangkan Aplikasi Dashboard Kecamatan (OpenDK) merupakan aplikasi open source dan bebas digunakan oleh semua kecamatan dan kabupaten di seluruh indonesia.
OpenDK berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan data dari beberapa desa dari suatu kecamatan/kabupaten dan menampilkan data dari aplikasi OpenSID yang dikelola oleh desa di wilayah kecamatan atau kabupaten bersangkutan.
Bupati Kabupaten Bandung Dadang Supriyatna menyambut baik dan mengapresiasi penyelenggaraan Munas ke-II Opendesa tahun 2023, karena selaras dengan ikhtiar pemerintah dan mengoptimalkan potensi masyarakat desa yang memiliki daya saing.
Dadang menjelaskan, di Kabupaten Bandung memiliki 270 Desa dan 10 Kelurahan. Terbagi dalam kategori 119 desa mandiri, 123 desa maju dan 28 desa berkembang.
“Dari seluruh jumlah tersebut, alhamdulillah Kabupaten Bandung sudah tidak ada lagi desa tertinggal maupun sangat tertinggal,” ujar Dadang Supriyatna.
Melalui Munas kedua ini, sambung Dadang, dirinya berharap dapat menghasilkan konsepsi ideal untuk meningkatkan layanan yang lebih cepat dan inovatif bagi desa dan masyarakat. Sekaligus memberikan kontribusi dan berpartisipasi sebagai penggerak dan pendorong laju perekonomian.
Sementara itu Budiman Sudjatmiko, sebagai salah satu sosok yang ikut melahirkan Undang-Undang Desa No.6 Tahun 2014 mengungkapkan, bahwa saat ini kita menghadapi era revolusi industri. Di era revolusi industri kita mengalami ledakan pengetahuan.
“Dulu jaman saya SMA untuk mencari pengetahuan harus ke sekolah, harus ke perpustakaan, langganan koran atau baca koran di depan kantor balai desa. Tapi hari ini ledakan pengetahuan terjadi pada setiap orang. Cukup bangun tidur, di tangan (smartphone) kita ini ada banyak informasi apapun,” ungkapnya.
“Informasi itu ada yang benar ada yang salah, ada yang tepat ada yang keliru, atau sengaja dibuat keliru. Banyak nya informasi tidak menjamin orang itu menjadi cerdas. Jadi menurut saya, di era ledakan pengetahuan ini, yuk sumber daya manusia desa ditingkatkan,” ajaknya.
Untuk itu dirinya mengusulkan kepada Presiden RI, adanya alokasi khusus untuk dana khusus sumber daya manusia desa. Atau untuk beasiswa khusus bagi anak-anak muda di desa atau peningkatan kapasitas kepemerintahan dan kewirausahaan pemerintah desa dan pengusaha desa.
