Jakarta, hainews.id – Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) meluncurkan program pemberdayaan mustahik, ZCoffee. Program ini merupakan optimasi dan pemasaran produk dengan membuat minuman kopi yang berlabel ZCoffee.
Peluncuran Cafe ZCoffee tersebut menjadi rangkaian peringatan HUT ke-22 BAZNAS yang digelar di Jakart, Rabu (11/1/2023). Turut hadir Ketua BAZNAS KH Noor Achmad, MA, Pimpinan BAZNAS, serta seluruh Amilin dan Amilat BAZNAS.
“Alhamdulillah, dengan hadirnya ZCoffee ini diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu upaya BAZNAS dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani kopi serta dapat mengatasi kemiskinan dan pengangguran dengan menyediakan lapangan kerja baru,” ujar Ketua BAZNAS KH Noor Achmad, MA.
Menurut dia, beberapa outlet dan Cafe ZCoffee telah dibangun sebagai proyek percontohan. Salah satu titik Cafe ZCoffee tersebut yaitu di Gedung BAZNAS. Jakarta. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi penguatan branding dan informasi produk mustahik binaan di dalam gedung BAZNAS.
“Nantinya Cafe ZCoffee ini akan menjual berbagai kopi dan produk lain dari mustahik binaan BAZNAS kepada seluruh Amil dan tamu yang berkunjung ke BAZNAS, baik muzaki, amil, BAZNAS daerah, mitra BAZNAS, dan stakeholder lainnya,” jelasnya.
Cafe ini juga digunakan sebagai etalase produk-produk mustahik BAZNAS yang dijual secara online maupun offline. “Dengan adanya Cafe ZCoffee ini diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu media publikasi dan sosialisasi produk-produk mustahik binaan BAZNAS,” ujar Noor.
Selain itu, cafe ini dapat menjadi salah satu fasilitas yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan dan melayani berbagai tamu atau pengunjung yang berada di gedung BAZNAS.
Sebelumnya, BAZNAS melalui Divisi Optimasi dan Pemasaran Produk Mustahik (OPPM) telah melakukan pelatihan barista bagi para mustahik yang diadakan di Rumah Roasting, Caringin, Bogor. Pelatihan diselenggarakan secara intensif, di mana para mustahik dibekali pengetahuan kopi, teknik penyajian hingga pelayanan kepada konsumen.
