Palembang, hainews.id – Menghadapi arus mudik lebaran tahun 2023 PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Palembang (Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang) telah mempersiapkan pelayanan untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan penumpang.
DGM Komersial PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) Regional 2 Palembang, Darmawi mengatakan berdasarkan prediksi arus mudik pada tahun ini akan mengalami peningkatan dimulai pada tanggal 19 April 2023 hingga 21 April 2023 yang merupakan puncak dari arus mudik pada tahun ini.
“Menanggapi semarak dan antusiasnya masyakat dalam arus mudik, Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang meningkatkan pelayanan hingga fasilitas dan infrastruktur terminal penumpang yang akan digunakan pemudik selama arus mudik berlangsung,” kata dia.
Ia menambahkan bawa Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang memiliki terminal penumpang Kapal Cepat Express Bahari yang melayani rute Palembang – Muntok, dalam pelayanannya telah disiapkan fasilitas keamanan dan kenyamanan pendukung terminal penumpang yang memadai, seperti ruang tunggu penumpang, ruang kesehatan, ruang laktasi dan penambahan petugas jaga dan CCTV guna memastikan keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi pemudik.
Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang juga terus melakukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder, agar arus mudik lebaran tahun 2023 bisa berjalan lancar hal ini selaras dengan tema mudik lebaran 2023 ” Mudik-Balik Lebaran 2023 Aman, Selamat, Tertib, Lancar dan Sehat”.
“Dengan meningkatkan integritas pelayanan merupakan salah satu bentuk perwujudan dari misi yang telah dirancang Pelindo, Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang akan terus meningkatan pelayanan demi mencapai keamanan, kenyamanan, serta kepuasan pelanggan,” ujar dia. (**)
