Jakarta, hainews.id – Direktur Utama PT PLN (Persero), Darmawan Prasodjo kembali dianugerahi penghargaan “The Best CEO for Corporate Digital Transformation of The Year”. Hal ini merupakan buah transformasi perusahaan yang dilakukannya melalui digitalisasi proses bisnis dari hulu hingga hilir yang membuahkan efisiensi dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Melalui kepemimpinan tersebut, PLN Group juga meraih 10 penghargaan inovasi digital.
Darmawan menjelaskan PLN telah bertransformasi sejak tiga tahun terakhir dan berinovasi serta melakukan efisiensi dengan menjadikan digitalisasi sebagai pondasinya. Lewat digitalisasi, proses bisnis yang semula terfragmentasi menjadi terkonsolidasi, lebih cepat dan mampu mencetak kinerja perusahaan terbaik.
“Ini merupakan buah perjuangan segenap insan PLN dalam menata proses bisnis, dari yang berserak, terfragmentasi, dikonsolidasi dan menjadi terintegrasi. Dari yang serba manual menjadi terdigitalisasi,” ujar Darmawan dalam malam penganugerahan “Digital Technology & Innovation Awards 2023”, yang diadakan oleh IT Telco for Performance & Competitiveness (Itech), Rabu (29/3).
Darmawan mengungkapkan digitalisasi yang dilakukan PLN mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari pembangkitan, transmisi, distribusi, sistem perencanaan, sistem keuangan, sistem pembayaran, sistem pengadaan, hingga ke sistem pelayanan pelanggan.
Dalam digitalisasi pelayanan, Ia menambahkan PLN menghadirkan pelayanan yang ringkas kepada pelanggan melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile. Sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan kelistrikan pelanggan hanya dengan satu genggaman.
“Pelayanan pelanggan makin gesit dan lengkap, dari yang serba lambat menjadi sangat cepat, dari yang berbelit menjadi sangat ringkas, dari yang penuh kelemahan dan celah, menjadi kuat dan sangat andal,” ucap Darmawan.
Ketua penyelenggara, Irnanda Laksanawan menjelaskan, adapun tantangan dalam transformasi digital seperti changing corporate culture, thinking beyond a campaign mentality, cooperation between department and team resource, dan understanding behavior or impact of new connected customer, merupakan hal-hal yang sudah terdapat pada perusahaan pemenang.
Penghargaan ini juga diselenggarakan untuk mendorong perusahan-perusahaan Indonesia menjadi perusahaan yang berkelas dunia, juga dapat mempunyai peluang yang besar ke depan, peluang di tingkat Asia maupun global.
10 penghargaan lain yang diberikan yaitu, tiga penghargaan untuk PLN pada kategori The Greatest Champions of Digital Transformation & Innovation of The Year (Energy Industries) yang merupakan penghargaan tertinggi dalam ajang ini, kemudian The Best IT Governance & The Best Digital Workplace (Energy Industries), dan The Best IT Leadership (Energy Industries).
Empat penghargaan lain diraih PT PLN Indonesia Power, disusul tiga penghargaan untuk PT Cogindo DayaBersama yang merupakan Anak Perusahaan PLN Indonesia Power. (**)
