Jakarta, hainews.id – Masyarakat Energi Terbarukan Indonesia (METI) mendukung PLN dalam menyukseskan transisi energi menuju Net Zero Emission (NZE) pada 2060, salah satunya dengan mempercepat ekosistem kendaraan listrik di Indonesia.
Ketua Umum METI Wiluyo Kusdwiharto mengatakan, METI mewakili suara masyarakat dan pegiat energi terbarukan akan terus mendukung program pemerintah dalam mempercepat terciptanya ekosistem kendaraan listrik sebagai sarana transportasi jalan yang ramah lingkungan di Indonesia.
“Salah satu kunci keberhasilan adopsi atau migrasi kendaraan listrik tersebut adalah ketersediaan infrastruktur berupa electric vehicle (EV) charging , ini bisa untuk kendaraan roda empat atau juga roda dua dan juga ada yang menyediakan baterai,” kata Wiluyo pada acara webinar bertajuk ‘Pengembangan Infrastruktur Kendaraan Listrik untuk Akselerasi Adopsi Kendaraan Listrik di Indonesia’ pada Selasa (28/03).
Untuk itu, kata Wiluyo, METI mendorong seluruh stakeholders, termasuk PLN untuk menyiapkan ekosistem EV tidak hanya berupa kendaraan listrik tetapi juga fasilitas pengisian dayanya. Menurutnya, kehadiran ekosistem kendaraan listrik ini sangat penting agar masyarakat tidak segan-segan untuk beralih dari kendaraan BBM ke kendaraan listrik.
“Pertumbuhan electric vehicle ini harus didukung oleh ekosistem yang sangat bagus, hingga komponen sparepart harus dipersiapkan, ketika ekosistem sudah tercipta dengan baik maka masyarakat tidak segan untuk berpindah ke kendaraan listrik,” kata Wiluyo.
Wiluyo mengatakan, saat ini data penggunaan listrik meningkat sehingga dia optimistis ini diikuti peningkatan jumlah pengguna kendaraan listrik. Berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Perhubungan pada pertengahan tahun 2022 ini kendaraan listrik sudah mencapai 22.671 unit.
“Data yang kami punya pada Maret 2023, penggunaan Electric Vehicle (EV) sudah mencapai 40 ribu, atau 2 kali lipat dari sebelumnya,” ujarnya.
Sementara kata Wiluyo, infrastruktur pengisian kendaraan listrik yang tersedia saat ini yakni 616 SPKLU, 1.056 Stasiun Penukaran Baterai Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPBKLU) dan 6.705 Sistem Pengisian Listrik Umum (SPLU). Rencananya, pada tahun 2023 akan terus dilakukan penambahan infrastruktur pendukung EV menjadi 750 unit SPKLU, 3.000 unit SPBKLU dan 15.000 unit SPLU.
“Kami juga berharap, bukan hanya PLN, tapi seluruh masyarakat seluruh investor baik swasta ataupun pemerintah bisa bersama-sama mengembangkan ekosistem listrik ini,” kata Wiluyo.
Executive Vice President Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan Retail PLN, Saleh Siswanto mengatakan, PLN terus menyiapkan kemudahan guna mengakselerasi ekosistem kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Di antaranya, PLN menghadirkan SPKLU yang terintegrasi dengan PLN Mobile dan fitur untuk pembelian kendaraan listrik.
“Kita punya PLN Mobile yang di dalamnya bukan hanya untuk pelanggan PLN aja, tapi juga terdapat fitur EV sehingga memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui letak SPKLU maupun SPBKLU. Kita juga memiliku marketplace untuk membeli kendaraan listrik,” ujar Saleh.
PLN juga membuka kolaborasi penyediaan SPKLU dan SPBKLU melalui skema franchise dengan berbagai pihak. Langkah ini tentu akan membuat SPKLU dan SPBKLU tumbuh lebih cepat.
Kemudahan lainnya kata Saleh, PLN juga sudah menghadirkan ekosistem home charging yang memudahkan pelanggan melakukan pengisian kendaraan listrik. Pelanggan yang menggunakan fasilitas home charging ini juga diberikan diskon 30 persen bagi mereka yang melalukan pengisian pada pukul 22.00-05.00 dan insentif biaya penyambungan spesial untuk tambah daya dan pasang baru.
“Ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk seluruh masyarakat dan tentu home charging ini yang terus kita promosikan karena untuk aktifitas sehari-hari menggunakan home charging, sementara SPKLU sendiri lebih banyak untuk perjalanan jauh atau luar kota,” tutupnya. (**)
