Yogyakarta, hainews.id – Ketua Umum PP Muhammadiyah Haedar Nashir menerima kunjungan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan (Menkopolhukam) Mohammad Mahfud MD di kantor PP Muhammadiyah, Jalan Cik Ditiro, Senin (03/04).
Selain menjalin silaturahim dengan keluarga besar Muhammadiyah, kunjungan tersebut juga membahas berbagai isu-isu keumatan dan kebangsaan.
Pertama, membahas seputar persiapan Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2024. Haedar memberi masukan agar Pemilu berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Ia berharap seluruh komponen yang bertugas dalam pesta demokrasi ini mempersiapkan segalanya. Persiapan ini dibutuhkan agar masyarakat dapat merasakan Pemilu yang berkeadilan dan berkeadaban, sehingga menghasilkan pejabat-pejabat negara yang dapat memajukan hajat hidup bangsa.
“Kita berharap Pemilu ini menjadi Pemilu yang berkualitas, Pemilu yang bukan hanya demokrasi yang prosedural, tetapi demokrasi yang substansif, yang menghasilkan DPR, DPRD, maupun Presiden, Wakil Presiden yang betul-betul berdiri di atas semua golongan, serta mampu memajukan bangsa dan Negara di atas segalanya, serta menjaga konstitusi dan moralitas bangsa kita,” ucap Haedar.
Kedua, membahas tentang pemberantasan korupsi. Haedar mengatakan bahwa pemberantasan korupsi mesti menjadi komitmen bersama seluruh komponen bangsa, terutama seluruh pejabat negara. Baik lembaga legislatif, eksekutif, maupun yudikatif, semuanya harus memiliki komitmen yang tinggi untuk taat pada konstitusi dan menjauhi segala praktik korupsi. Hal tersebut penting agar misi menyejahterakan negeri berjalan tanpa hambatan.
“Pemerintah dalam arti luas, di mana lembaga legislatif, lembaga yudikatif, maupun eksekutif serta seluruh perangkat-perangkat Negara berkomitmen kuat untuk pemberantasan korupsi. Jika kita berhasil memberantas korupsi secara massif, secara terstruktur, dan sistematik, maka Indonesia-lah yang akan menang dan diuntungkan,” ucap Haedar.
Ketiga, membahas tentang nilai luhur Pancasila dan agama sebagai komitmen dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Menurut Haedar, mengamalkan nilai-nilai luhur yang termaktub dalam Pancasila dan agama mesti menjadi komitmen kebangsaan. Apalagi mendekati musim Pemilu, seluruh komponen mesti menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur seperti akhlak mulia, keadaban, tasamuh, dan lain-lain, baik dalam perkataan, pemikiran, maupun perbuatan.
“Termasuk dalam Pemilu yang akan datang, nilai keluhuran dan akhlak atau budi pekerti itu menjadi bagian penting dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Saya yakin kalau nilai-nilai luhur kita berdasarkan agama, Pancasila, dan budaya bangsa menjadi alam pikiran dan orientasi tindakan, maka kita akan bisa menjadi bangsa yang besar, bangsa yang maju,” terang Haedar.
Keempat, Mahfud MD mengakui kontribusi Muhammadiyah dalam memajukan negeri. Menurut Haedar, Mahfud MD berharap Muhammadiyah tetap memainkan perannya sebagai salah satu penjaga moral bangsa. Kehadiran Muhammadiyah dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara begitu penting, sehingga jalinan kerjasama antara Persyarikatan dan pemerintah perlu untuk ditingkatkan.
“(Muhammadiyah) diharapkan untuk tetap memainkan peran kebangsaan mengawal Indonesia ini menjadi Indonesia yang berdiri di atas konstitusi dan dapat membawa kepada kemajuan bangsa dan negara. Itulah poin-poin penting silaturahmi ini, sekaligus juga diskusi santai tapi mendalam soal bangsa dan Negara. Beliau juga berharap hubungan Muhammadiyah dengan pemerintah semakin ditingkatkan,” pangkas Haedar. (**)
