Jakarta, hainews.id – Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati cukup percaya diri jika Indonesia tidak terseret ke dalam jurang resesi pada tahun ini. Hal tersebut disampaikannya pada acara Apresiasi Media Nagara Dana Rakca 2022, Sabtu (7/1/2023) malam.
Sri Mulyani mengatakan, Dana Moneter Internasional (International Monetary Fund/IMF) baru-baru ini memperkirakan sepertiga dari ekonomi dunia terkena resesi. Kendati demikian, dia melihat Indonesia tidak termasuk kedalam golongan tersebut.
“Kita tidak termasuk yang sepertiga, Insya Allah kita jaga terus,” kata Sri Mulyani, dikutip Minggu (8/1/2023).
Lebih lanjut dia menjelaskan, pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia sampai dengan kuartal III/2023 cukup kuat. Sebagaimana diketahui, ekonomi Indonesia tumbuh 5,72 persen (year-on-year/yoy) pada kuartal III/2022, sedikit meningkat dibandingkan kuartal sebelumnya sebesar 5,44 persen. Pertumbuhan ini relatif baik dibandingkan sejumlah negara di dunia.
Pertumbuhan yang baik tersebut diharapkan bisa berlanjut pada kuartal IV/2022, sehingga secara keseluruhan Indonesia mampu tumbuh di atas 5 persen di 2022.
Tahun 2023 diakui Sri Mulyani penuh dengan tantangan. Bahkan, dia menyebut 2023 merupakan tahun yang menarik. Pasalnya, tahun ini Indonesia memiliki agenda politik menuju pemilu 2024 dan tantangan dari ekonomi global yang luar biasa.
“Tahun 2023 tantangan yang harus kita jaga tapi ada optimisme dan tentu kewaspadaan. Nah, dalam situasi agenda politik dalam negeri, suasana geopolitik dunia yang begitu sangat dinamis dan tidak pasti, dan kita sendiri harus menjaga seluruh kemajuan dan momentum pemulihan,” pungkasnya.
IMF beberapa waktu lalu menurunkan proyeksi pertumbuhan Indonesia pada 2023 menjadi 5,0 persen dari sebelumnya 5,3 persen. Selain IMF, sejumlah lembaga lainnya juga turut menurunkan proyeksinya.
ADB (Asian Development Bank) dan OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) juga memperkirakan ekonomi Indonesia tumbuh melambat pada 2023. Ini dipicu oleh melemahnya permintaan global, tren suku bunga yang tinggi, hingga penurunan harga komoditas.
Menurut data Kementerian Keuangan, ADB memangkas pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia 2023 dari 5,4 persen menjadi 5,0 persen. Sementara itu, OECD juga merevisi proyeksi ekonomi Indonesia dari 5,3 persen menjadi 4,7 persen pada 2023.
Sri Mulyani sebelumnya mengatakan, Kemenkeu akan terus mengantisipasi dinamika dari perekonomian global dan dampaknya ke perekonomian domestik.
Pemerintah dalam APBN Tahun Anggaran 2023 telah menetapkan asumsi makro di mana pertumbuhan ekonomi diproyeksikan sebesar 5,3 persen. Lantaran telah ditetapkan sebagai Undang-undang, pemerintah tidak akan melakukan revisi.
“Nanti kita akan lihat dampaknya terhadap pelaksanaan APBN, baik dari sisi penerimaan maupun belanja, juga pada defisit dan pembiayaan,” jelasnya.
