Jakarta, hainews.id – Indonesia masih akan menghadapi tekanan inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah di tahun 2023. Penyebabnya pasar keuangan global yang masih tidak menentu yang akan berpengaruh ke pasar keuangan dalam negeri. Demikian disampaikan Pengamat Ekonomi Moneter Nawir Messi.
“Inflasi di AS sebesar 7 persen meski sudah menurun, tapi dinilai masih tinggi. Sehingga Bank Sentral AS masih akan menaikkan suku bunganya dengan agresif di tahun 2023 untuk menekan inflasi,” kata Nawir Messi.
Faktor lainnya yang akan mempengaruhi inflasi adalah kebijakan zero Covid di Tiongkok. Sehingga laju inflasi global di tahun 2023 diperkirakan masih akan tinggi.
“Saya kira inflasi ancaman inflasi dari sisi imported inflation barang-barang impor masih akan jadi masalah. Karenanya Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan inflasi, diperkirakan tahun ini masih tinggi dari yang diperkirakan pemerintah,” ucap Nawir.
Dari sisi nilai tukar juga masih akan menghadapi tekanan di tahun 2023. Sehingga terjadi bias antara target nilai tukar terhadap dollar yang ditetapkan pemerintah dalam APBN dengan realisasinya.
“Dari evaluasi kita, bias antara target nilai tukar rupiah dan realisanya di tahun 2022 kemarin mencapai 1.387 rupiah. Ini berat bagi para pengusaha, dan berat bagi APBN,” ujar Nawir.
Menurut Nawir, hal tersebut akan berpengaruh pada cadangan devisa Indonesia yang makin menurun. Devisa digunakan untuk intervensi pasar guna menjaga stabilitas nilai tukar dan para eksportir banyak yang menyimpan dananya di luar negeri.
